Charles L Hunley

Charles Luther Hunley, 74, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 08, 2018 at 1:00 PM ET at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00-1:00 PM ET. 

Mr. Hunley was born to the late, Luther Hunley and Mabel Rolling in Clearwater, Florida. He was a retired truck driver who loved fishing, computer games, was an animal lover and was known for his humorous personality. He is preceded in death by his son, Bobby Hunley, grandaughter, Monica Hunley, brother, Gene Palmer and foster parents, Aunt Bunk and Uncle Bub Rawls.

Surviving are his fiance, Sherry Mills, sons, Walter "Bubba" Hunley, John Hunley, daughter, Kelly Buchanan (Tim), brothers, Bobby Hunley, Perry Palmer, Larry Hunley, Mark Palmer,  6 grandchildren, Ozzy Hunley, Lauren Farr, Joseph Farr, Storm Hunley, Anthony Hunley, Cayden Wright, several nieces and nephews and his beloved pet, Eddy.
