Carl Robert Merritt

Carl Merritt October 24, 1946 - October 21, 2019 Entered into eternal rest from his home on Monday.  Carl was a well known business man and entrepreneur in Columbus, Georgia for the past 40 years.  Carl will be remembered as a caring Brother, a loving Husband, a devoted Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather.  Celebration of life Memorial Services will be held at Weems Road Free Will Baptist Church Saturday October 26, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. where Carl faithfully attended for many years. Officiated by Rev. Mike Randall.  The family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Weems Road Free Will Baptist Church 3400 Weems Road Columbus, Georgia  31909 or The Leukemia Foundation.
