Cook, Teresa, 69, Columbus, Georgia, died Monday, February 13, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Cook was born to J. D. and Gertrude Jones in Berry, Alabama on March 15, 1947. A  Memorial Service will be held: Saturday, February 18, 2017 at, Evangel Temple Assembly Of God, Columbus, GA.  2 P.M. a visitation will be held 1 hour prior to service.
