Steven Phillips age 49 of Pine Mountain, Georgia passed away April 15, 2017. Mr. Phillips was born on December 08, 1967 to Frank and Katherine Phillips in Moultrie, Georgia. He served in the Navy and also was self employed as a Metal Fabricator. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Colonial Funeral Home.
