Saddened by reading of Perry's passing. I've known him since fall of 1983, when I helped him do a photojournalism essay at The Moose. He took a series of photographs of of The Moose getting ready to participate in the Homecoming Parade in Morgantown, that fall. He gifted those to me in the mid '90's, and I've cherished them, ever since. I always enjoyed his calm demeanor every time I got to be in his presence, mostly at U-92 reunions. I've no funny stories to keep him by, but I've memories of his great personality and winning smile.
