Patricia Ann Teal, 70, of Columbus, Georgia died Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 11:00 EST at Colonial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 pm EST at the funeral home. Graveside service will be held at Pine Level Baptist Church Cemetery in Barbour County at 2:30 EST. 

Patricia was born October 10, 1946 in Eufala, Alabama to Hubert D. Teal and Alivia Clark Teal

Surviving are one sister: Judy Ward of Columbus, GA; one brother: Harvey Teal of Salem, AL; five nieces: Judy Lynn Hall of Panama City Beach, FL, Missy Conaway of Columbus, GA, Melissa Conaway of Columbus, GA, Lisa Andrews of Columbus, GA, Kimberly Bennett of Tifton, GA; five nephews: Gary Teal of Columbus, GA, Terry Wayne Teal of Smiths Station, AL, Donald Lee Teal of Mobile, AL, Lamar Teal of Tifton, GA, Rodney Teal of Columbus, GA.

Preceding in death by: Earl Teal, Herman Teal, Hubert Junior Teal.
