Patrice Marie Williams, 58, passed away at home on September 3, 2017.  She was born April 16, 1959 in Columbus, GA, the daughter of Patricia Ann and Perry Young Williams. 
Patrice graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Denver, CO with the class of 1977.  She attended Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ, where she received her Associates Degree.  She was a true professional in the hospitality industry, and always was a favorite with customers and colleagues.   
Patrice moved to Denver while in high school, and back to Georgia in 1994. Her passion was her pets, and she had a tender heart towards any dog or cat in need. Patrice was a gifted artist and writer, and her art and musings will be our treasures. Her family nickname was Sweetie, and she lived up to the name. She was a beloved aunt to Parker, and a gentle, loving person.  
Her ex-husband, Michael Poline of Denver and his family were also important to her for many years, and she had positive memories of her life with him.   
She is survived by her sister, Perry Ann Williams and brother-in-law, James Keith Gartin of Denver; her brother, Parker Young Williams and sister-in-law, Pegi Hewett Williams, nephew, Parker Rutherford Williams of Columbus, and many cousins.  
She was preceded in death by her father, Perry Young Williams, Step-Father, Frank Joseph Cozzetto, and mother, Patricia Williams Cozzetto. 
Funeral services will be held, Sunday, September 10 at 3:00pm at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Columbus, GA with Reverend Grace Burton-Edwards officiating. After the service the family will be there to greet relatives and friends in the church parlor.  
Memorials may be made to St. Thomas Episcopal Church Charities or Humane Society of your choice.
