Minnie Marie Simmons, 88 of Phenix City, Alabama; passed away August 14, 2017 Marie was born March 13, 1929 in Phenix City, Alabama to Henry Clay Weaver Sr. and Minnie Victoria Blackmon. She retired from Sunshine Foods after 38 years and was a member of United Congregational Church. A graveside service will be held  Friday, August 18, 2017, 2:00pm ET at Lakeview Memory Gardens; A Viewing will be held at Colonial Funeral Home Friday, August 18, 2017 from 10:00am - 12:00pm ET. 

       Minnie Marie Simmons is survived by her Daughter Priscilla Kinchen of Marietta, GA; Son Kenneth Simmons of Ormond Beach, FL; She also has seven Grandchildren and numerous Great grandchildren.
