Karl Watson of Phenix City, Alabama was born June 10, 1963 to James Watson Sr. and Ann Griggers Brinkley in Columbus, Georgia. Mr. Watson was a Baptist by faith and had a lust for life.  He loved his daughter and family dearly, and was also a loyal friend. A Memorial service will be held Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Beaver Creek Baptist Church 7:30 P.M. Est and will be officiated by Reverend Lynn McManious. 
Mr. Watson is survived by his daughter Kayla Jo Watson of Las Vegas, NV; father and stepmother James and Jennifer Watson of Phenix City, AL; mother Ann Brinkley of Phenix City, AL; sisters Connie Whitmer (husband Tommy) of Phenix City, AL; Emma Whitlock (husband Gary) of Phenix City, AL; brothers James (Bud) Watson Jr. of Belton, MO; Keith Watson (wife Claudia) of Phenix City, AL; several nieces and nephews and a  host of friends.
