Gloria Gordene Bush, 81 of Fort Mitchell, Alabama, passed away in her home on July 1, 2017. A Graveside Service will be held at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 11:00 AM EDT. She was married to Chester Alex Bush for 47 years and a mother of four children. She was a homemaker for her family. She was a member of Golden Acres Baptist Church.

Survivors are: Son, Larry Bush of Ft. Mitchell, AL; Daughter, Shirley Gordene Bush of Macon,GA; Brothers, Lonnie Downs of Americus, GA and Wayne Downs of Macon, GA; four Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren.

Preceded in death are: Husband, Chester Alex Bush; Sons, Chester Bush, Jr. and Bobby Bush; Brother, Fred Downs; Sister, Annette Scott.
