Ruland, Charles, 62, Phenix City, Alabama, died June 13, 2017. A private service will be held by the family. 

Survivors are his brother, Eugene Ruland of Mastic, New York; brother, William Ruland of Orlando, Florida; Sister, Dorothy Biladeau of Orlando, Florida; granddaughter, Anna Rodgers of Orlando, Florida.
