Mrs. Barbara Jean Crittenden, born November 23, 1941, to the late Harry Turner and Katy Murl, passed away January 2, 2018. Mrs. Crittenden, a member of Bealwood Church of God, and textile worker, she loved cooking, her beautiful flowers and gardening. She had a special love and devotion for her family, especially her children. Among Barbara's survivors are her loving husband Howell Crittenden and a son Kenneth Howell Crittenden of Columbus, GA. Also included are sisters, Cindy Melton of Phenix City, AL, Mary Aquanis of Columbus, GA, brothers Harry Turner of Fortson, GA, Darrrell Turner of Salem, AL. A granddaughter, Bridgette Layne Mead and a grandson Kason Bennett Mead both of Cataula, GA.

Memorial Services for Mrs. Crittenden will be held Friday January 5, 2018, at 2:45 pm EST, Colonial Funeral Home Chapel.
